Welcome to Court Habit.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Court Habit website, online store, products and related services.

By visiting, browsing or purchasing through our store, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our Services.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce infrastructure used to operate our website.

Any purchase made through the store is made directly with Court Habit.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, designs, colours, sizes and characteristics as accurately as possible.

However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on the screen or device being used.

Product images may include photographs, digital mockups and other visual representations intended to show the appearance of the product.

Product descriptions, availability and pricing may be updated when necessary.

Court Habit reserves the right to modify or discontinue products.

3. ORDERS

By placing an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

Customers are responsible for checking the accuracy of their:

• sizes
• quantities
• delivery address
• contact information

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at courthabit@gmail.com.

Because some orders may enter production shortly after being placed, changes or cancellations cannot always be guaranteed.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

The applicable price is the price displayed on the store at the time the order is placed.

Any shipping charges and other applicable costs will be shown before the customer completes checkout.

Payments are processed using the payment methods made available through our Shopify checkout.

Court Habit may change product prices at any time without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.

5. PRODUCTION

Certain Court Habit products are produced on demand through selected production partners.

This allows us to produce according to customer demand and reduce unnecessary inventory.

Producing an item after an order is placed does not remove any consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout whenever available.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on:

• production time
• destination
• shipping carrier
• periods of high demand
• customs procedures
• circumstances outside our reasonable control

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has shipped.

7. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Where required by applicable consumer law, customers may have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within the legally applicable period after receiving their order.

To request a return, customers should contact courthabit@gmail.com before returning an item.

Returned products should be kept in their original condition and should not be used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and fit.

8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size information provided on the relevant product page before ordering.

Measurements and fit may vary slightly between different garments.

Any sizing recommendations provided by Court Habit are intended as guidance only.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend accounts used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

The Court Habit name, logos, graphics, designs, slogans, photographs, text and other original brand content are owned by Court Habit or used with appropriate permission.

They may not be reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
